Here's how you can obtain the legendary weapon Dragvandil in Fortuna Magus.
1. Complete the game with true ending by not killing King Kaswell and just defend when you battle him.
2. Go to Raydif village and talk to an old man walking around the town. Accept the "Dragvandil" subquest.
3. Now go to the Arena, and fight your way up the ladder. Completing all Arena levels will give you a Dragvandil.
